Original - Anniversary foam lid for Old Oslo
On the occasion of the 400th anniversary of the city fire in Oslo and the 100th anniversary of the city's name change back to Oslo from Christiania, a unique manhole cover was designed by artist Aina Hartmann in 2024. A signed original print of the manhole cover was created in the Memorial Park at the Church of the Holy Cross in Oslo, Norway, at coordinates 59.906845, 10.769000
The print is printed on durable, acid-free specialty graphic paper, using non-toxic ink, and stands as a tribute to the city's rich history. This artwork marks both 400 years since the city fire that led to the establishment of Christiania, and 100 years since the city regained its historic name, Oslo.
Price includes 5% art tax, without frame.
