Numbered and signed giclée print - Haugesund
In this black-and-white giclée print, the anniversary idea comes across extra clearly: The manhole cover is not just a city motif, but a work created for the 100th anniversary of the Church of Our Saviour, where the church stands as the anchor point around which the motif organizes itself. The lines give the story a special calm – like a memorial plaque of a day and an occasion, captured in metal and continued on paper.
The five motifs – three seagulls, the town hall, Haraldsstøtta, Our Savior's Church and "Fiskerne" – form a unified image of Haugesund as the city wanted to present itself in the anniversary year. The edition is 100, and each print is signed and numbered.
The motif has approx. 36 cm diameter, on sheet format 50 x 50 cm on acid-free paper.
